What you’ll be doing
The Assoc. Director, Marketing Content Enablement Lead will play a critical role in accelerating growth for the organization’s first commercial product, IBTROZI® (taletrectinib). They will be responsible for translating insights from external and internal stakeholders into promotional tactics aligned to brand strategy across HCP, APP, and patient audiences. They will play a strategic and cohesive role within the Marketing team and will be responsible for developing, managing, and driving robust marketing programs to support and expand brand awareness and uptake. Additionally, the Marketing Content Enablement Lead will spearhead the development of novel content creation processes to accelerate the speed-to-market of prioritized tactical deliverables and bolster IBTROZI surround-sound in a crowded category. This position will report into the Sr. Director, US Marketing & Strategy.
You will be responsible for…
- Spearhead initiatives to modernize promotional content creation processes, improving efficiency and scalability
- Lead the implementation of tools to support promotional content generation, modular content development, and workflow optimization
- Establish best practices for marketing content creation in a compliant, regulated environment
- Work closely with Omnichannel team to generate content to enable seamless orchestrations across audiences
- Accelerate speed-to-market of marketing materials
- Own execution of variety of HCP, APP, and Patient-facing materials
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to pilot and scale innovative content solutions
- Translate brand strategy into actionable, audience-specific campaigns that drive engagement and measurable outcomes
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal) to ensure strategically-aligned and compliant execution
- Serve as a critical input to strategic evolution workstreams (e.g. brand planning)
- Ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory, legal, and medical review standards
- Maintain high standards for accuracy, quality, and consistency across all outputs
- Manage and approve expenditures within budget guidelines
What Knowledge & Experience you'll bring to us...
- Bachelors Degree required in related field or equivalent experience
- 7-8+ years of pharmaceutical experience in US or global marketing (industry or agency)
- 5+ years Brand Management experience (industry or agency)
- Experience with AI tools preferred
- US marketing experience in oncology, lung experience preferred
- Recent launch experience required
- Exhibit high capability of working collaboratively and thinking strategically
- Proven experience managing complex marketing operations processes (Promotional Material Review, Brand Planning, Market Research, CRM Management etc.) and systems (e.g. Veeva)
- Hands-on approach to content development
- Deep understanding of marketing campaign management, day-to-day execution, measurement and tracking
- Strong understanding of related aspects of marketing concepts and principles
- Possess the ability and desire to measure and track performance and success of programs/initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in managing external agencies and vendors and managing budgets
- Proven successful project management skills; strict attention to detail
- Drive and enthusiasm for operational improvements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workload independently
- Team-focused mentality
- Ability to travel to Nuvation Bio’s corporate offices as needed

The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location among other factors. Our full-time regular positions also include an annual performance-based bonus and long-term incentive units (equity) provided as part of our compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the level and position offered.
