Who Boundless Is

We’re a team of immigrants and experts who have struggled with our own journeys through the complex, high-stakes U.S. immigration system. That is why we are building deeply customer-centric products and experiences to become the default trusted partner for all families and businesses. We are the largest player in the family immigration industry, and a high-growth challenger serving corporate clients. Across both consumer and business segments, we’ve aided over 100,000 individuals in their quest for U.S. residency.

We're backed by influential venture investors around the country, including Foundry Group (led by Brad Feld), Trilogy Equity Partners, Pioneer Square Labs, Emerson Collective (Laurene Powell Jobs’ foundation), Two Sigma Ventures, and Jerry Yang.

Today, we are a dynamic growth-stage technology company with 350+ employees across the U.S. and the Philippines. We are growing both organically and through strategic acquisitions. We are well-capitalized and positioned for long-term success.

Your Mission

Boundless is seeking a full-time B2B content writer to join our growing marketing team and help accelerate the company’s expansion into the corporate immigration space. This role will support our efforts to educate and engage HR, legal, and compliance professionals through clear, impactful content that simplifies complex immigration topics.

As a key contributor to the content marketing team, you’ll report to the Head of Content and collaborate with product marketing, design, SEO, and legal across the company. You’ll write white papers, e-books, blog posts, data reports, emails, and other assets that build trust with business decision-makers and support Boundless’s growth goals.

This is a full-time role based in Seattle, with hybrid flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and edit a range of B2B content, including:
    • White papers and e-books for HR/legal audiences
    • Data-driven research reports in collaboration with analysts
    • Blog posts and resource guides that simplify immigration policy for business leaders
    • Case studies, sales collateral, and web content
    • Emails and other marketing nurture content
  • Regularly update core resource guides and evergreen content to improve performance and accuracy, with a focus on SEO and AI optimization (AIO).
  • Contribute to the B2B content strategy by pitching ideas, identifying content gaps, and helping shape the editorial calendar in collaboration with the Head of Content.
  • Translate complex immigration and legal concepts into clear, accurate, and accessible writing tailored to business users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, SEO, sales, and legal, to ensure alignment and accuracy.
  • Adapt long-form content for multiple formats and channels, including email and webinars.
  • Explore and incorporate AI tools to support research, content development, and optimization, with an eye toward efficiency and innovation.
  • Monitor immigration and HR/legal news, policy updates, and business forums to identify timely content opportunities and inform content direction.
  • Incorporate SEO and performance data into content creation and optimization efforts. Measure how your content performs over time — not just clicks, but how it contributes to awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a B2B writer in SaaS, HR tech, legal tech, or immigration services
  • Strong portfolio of written work, including long-form reports, blog posts, and marketing content
  • Experience translating technical or policy-heavy material for a business audience
  • Excellent writing, research, and editorial skills
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and digital content best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative and proactive approach to working with subject matter experts and other teams
