As the Community and Content Manager, you are the face and voice of Paradigm, the online forum through which weconnect and support non-profit partners. You are the trusted guide who makes our network of 1,300+ nonprofit leaders feel seen, supported, and energized. If you love sparking conversations, creating content that inspires action, and building spaces where people connect and grow, this is your role.
You’ll design experiences that bring our community to life. From engaging posts and newsletters to events and discussions, you will help leaders share ideas and learn from each other. You’ll be the one who knows what the community needs, curates content that speaks directly to them and fosters the connections that keep them coming back.
Every interaction you create will help nonprofit leaders feel not just like participants, but like valued members of a vibrant, mission-driven community.
