In this role, you’ll report directly to our Director of Content - a proven content strategist who’s scaled pages, built viral series, and knows exactly what it takes to grow the right way.
This isn’t just a posting job. You’ll own the systems that bring the PropertyRadar brand to life online - ensuring every clip, caption, and piece of content is not only on-brand but built to perform.
From managing publishing calendars to clipping high-impact videos, shooting content, engaging with our community, and writing in a voice that resonates - you’ll help us show up daily and stand out across every major platform.

- Experience editing short-form video (Premiere Pro (preferred), DaVinci Resolve or Capcut).
- Strong understanding of what content performs well on which social platform - and the curiosity to always keep learning.
- A creative mind paired with professional follow-through - you love thinking big but are just as focused on executing the details.
- Hands-on videography experience - from scripting and storyboarding to shooting and delivering polished social-first content, with clear examples of content that performed well or drove audience growth.
Things You’ll Do
Publishing & Coordination
- Execute consistent, daily publishing across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, and X.
- Own the social calendar inside HubSpot - ensuring timelines are clear, assets are organized, and nothing slips through the cracks.
- Upload and format content for every platform with the right copy or description, CTAs, thumbnails, tags, hashtags and descriptions.
Short-Form Video Creation
- Clip and edit engaging short-form videos from long-form recordings like interviews, podcasts, and man-on-the-street segments.
- Script, shoot, and produce original short-form content specifically designed for social platforms - with a proven ability to capture attention, drive engagement, and deliver measurable growth.
- Title, caption, and package videos - including designing custom on brand thumbnails - for maximum visibility and engagement across platforms.
- Distribute clips to podcast guests and partners with tailored reposting instructions.
Audience Engagement & Community Management
- Facilitate the buildout and management of community platforms like Reddit and Quora - creating spaces that support our users, encourage discussion, and grow an engaged audience beyond social media.
- Respond to comments and DMs with on-brand, clever, and fun responses.
- Execute daily outreach strategies to grow our audience: DMs, follows, likes, and comments that build real relationships.
- Track and share user-generated content, shoutouts, and brand mentions for amplification.
- Approach each account like it’s truly your own - using it daily with genuine interest, creativity, and care to grow and engage our audience authentically.
Go To Market Support
- Help translate product marketing initiatives into platform-specific content - tailoring messaging for key audiences like real estate investors, agents, mortgage brokers, and service pros.
- Support launches and campaigns by building out relevant content aligned with brand and segment strategy.
Performance Monitoring & Trends
- Track and report on content performance across all platforms - including views, engagement rates, reach, and growth trends.
- Identify platform shifts, emerging formats, or trends worth testing or remixing.
- Maintain high creative standards and ensure everything published reflects our brand’s tone and messaging.
- Share insights with the broader marketing team to support A/B testing, creative optimization, and platform prioritization.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in content management, social media management, or a similar execution-focused creative role.
- Proven ability to edit short-form video content - must be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
- Hands-on videography experience - from scripting and storyboarding to shooting and delivering polished social-first content. Must demonstrate clear examples of content that performed well or drove audience growth.
- Experience leveraging generative AI to optimize and streamline daily workflows.
- Strong understanding of at least one major social media algorithm (e.g. TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels) with a demonstrated ability to adapt and learn others quickly.
- Excellent writing skills and a clear ability to write captions, titles, and descriptions that match brand voice and drive engagement.
- Experience publishing across major platforms: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, X, Reddit, Quora and Brand Blog.
- Hands-on experience with platform-native analytics dashboards and HubSpot reporting tools.
- Ability to design clean, compelling graphics for thumbnails and posts on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented - capable of managing publishing calendars, deadlines, and cross-platform content workflows.
- Comfortable working in Slack and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must submit writing samples and-or a portfolio that demonstrates your voice, editing ability, and creative judgment when crafting copy.
Nice to Have
- Experience in real estate, mortgage, or real estate investing industries.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools beyond Premiere (e.g. After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience designing high-performing thumbnails and visual assets optimized for CTR and engagement.
- Prior experience growing or managing community platforms like Discord or Skool.
- Basic motion graphics knowledge or an interest in learning animation and advanced video techniques.
- Familiarity with A-B testing in organic content (thumbnails, captions, timing).
- Experience working directly under a senior content strategist or marketing director in a high-growth environment.
- Past success managing or growing a personal brand, creator account, or online community.
