Location: This position is remote but candidates must reside in California, New York, Florida, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Ohio, Wisconsin, or Montreal to apply. Bandsintown has offices in San Diego, Montreal, and NYC for candidates who prefer a hybrid setup.



About The Role

Bandsintown is looking for a hands-on Content Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team shaping the future of event discovery and promotion.

You'll primarily create engaging content and copy for our B2B platforms: Bandsintown for Artists (700k+ artists, labels, managers, agents) and Bandsintown Pro (65k+ venues, festivals, promoters). While the majority of your work will focus on these professional music industry audiences, you'll occasionally create content for Bandsintown, our consumer platform used by 100M+ music fans worldwide. 

This is an execution-focused role where you'll spend most of your time writing, editing, producing, and publishing. You'll work on a steady flow of projects from quick-turn marketing campaigns to in-depth sales collateral and support resources, with clear performance goals tied to engagement and growth.



What You'll Accomplish:

  • Produce a high volume of audience-ready content, including email campaigns, sales collateral, ux content, landing pages, blog articles, case studies, social content, ad creative, support resources, webinars, and more. 
  • Own the full content lifecycle from planning to drafting, editing, publishing, and optimizing.
  • Lead content strategy and development by collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Design, Product, and Data to plan and produce cohesive, compelling content that supports business goals. 
  • Grow reach and engagement through consistent publishing cadence, precise scheduling, and community interaction.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and initial drafting, always refining with a human touch. 
  • Develop and implement content frameworks & messaging guidelines to drive consistent results while enabling quick adaptation to market shifts, product insights, and user research.
  • Manage day-to-day content operations, including workflows, tools, and reporting, quality assurance, and cross-team coordination. 



What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of content marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS 
  • A diverse portfolio of gated and ungated work showcasing versatility across tones, formats, and audiences
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with proven ability to maintain consistent voice and meticulous attention to detail
  • Data-driven approach to measuring content performance and directly connecting metrics to business outcomes
  • Hands-on, execution-focused mentality with a passion for creating high-quality content at scale
  • Proficiency with AI tools to research, ideate, and draft, while refining with a human touch
  • Strategic understanding
    of how content supports demand generation and lifecycle marketing
