We are seeking a Content Marketing Specialist who blends storytelling expertise with content strategy to drive our sales initiatives, member engagement, and brand awareness. In this role, you will research, plan, and create compelling content across multiple channels, ensuring every piece attracts prospects, converts leads, and engages existing members.

Your Role in Our Mission:

• Write and produce effective, measurable content that supports both customer acquisition and retention strategies. Your work will span a wide range of formats including email campaigns, SEO-optimized web pages, digital ads, blogs, videos, infographics, and more.

• Use performance data and SEO tools to improve organic search visibility, click-through rates, and conversions.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with our in-house design, social media, and creative teams to develop content that is visually engaging and brand-aligned.

• Stay ahead of marketing trends, proactively recommending fresh and timely topics to populate our promotional and editorial calendars.

• Ensure every piece of content reflects the FAIRWINDS brand voice, tone, and values, helping us remain a trusted financial advocate for our members.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Proven experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital storytelling with measurable results.

• A strong understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and content analytics.

• Proficiency in content management systems, marketing software, and desktop publishing tools.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and produce high-quality content under pressure.

• A critical thinker who anticipates challenges, proposes solutions, and makes sound decisions.

• A natural collaborator who values teamwork, listens actively, and communicates effectively across audiences.
