Full-Time | Hybrid / Office-Based | Base + Performance Bonus

Patten Seed is seeking a results-driven, highly creative Content Strategist to lead the development and execution of high-performing content across paid social media, organic social channels, and website platforms. This role is focused on driving measurable growth through compelling storytelling, performance-optimized creative, and strategic influencer and affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate understands how to blend brand messaging with performance marketing, producing extensive content that converts, scales, and supports campaign objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Align all content initiatives with Patten Seed’s strategic messaging and brand campaign objectives.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that supports paid social advertising, website conversion, and brand growth.
  • Partner with internal marketing and sales teams to ensure messaging consistency across channels.
  • Lead the creation of high-volume, high-performing paid social content (video, static, UGC-style, testimonial, educational, etc.).
  • Analyze paid social performance data to refine messaging, creative direction, hooks, and CTAs.
  • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize content to improve engagement, conversions, and ROAS.
  • Manage and grow Patten Seed’s organic social presence across key platforms.
  • Create and repurpose content for websites, landing pages, blogs, and product pages to support SEO and conversion goals.
  • Manage and grow an active influencer network aligned with Patten Seed’s audience and brand.
  • Manage and scale affiliate marketing initiatives.
  • Capture, edit, and produce short-form and long-form video content for paid and organic channels.
  • Oversee post-production including video editing, captioning, graphics, and formatting for platform-specific best practices.
  • Maintain a consistent visual and messaging standard across all content assets.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • 2–5 years of experience in content strategy, paid social, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of creating content that drives measurable performance results.
  • Strong understanding of paid social platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Experience managing influencer and affiliate marketing programs.
  • Video editing skills required (experience with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar).
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and creative direction skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and optimize accordingly.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in agriculture, turf, landscaping, or outdoor industries (a plus).
  • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CVR).
  • Experience scaling creator-led or UGC-style paid social campaigns.
