The Creative Content Manager is responsible for managing the creation and development of The Beaufort Bonnet Company’s creative content, including digital and print content (email, social media ads, banner display, interactive, mail, instore displays, etc.). This key role will partner with channel leaders (retail, ecommerce, wholesale) and Oxford’s Digital Marketing Center of Excellence to develop and manage the creative content calendar, ensure all creative content meets brand standards, is delivered on time, and drives customer engagement. This role will both manage a team of content creators and serve as the approving digital content creator. The role must focus on developing and executing innovative marketing strategies, building brand awareness, and ensuring cohesive brand experiences across all channels, while also managing budgets and collaborating with various teams.

  • Collaborate with key business partners to develop and manage creative content calendar. Anticipate and act on business needs and ensure deliverables are on time.       
  • Develop TBBC’s creative content standards and lead a team of content creators to develop content that meets requirements.     
  • Translate brand vision and mission into actionable plans and go-to-market strategies.      
  • Lead the development of creative campaigns and content that resonate with target audiences.
  • Educates and provides on-going training to all functions on creative content standards to support larger brand awareness
  • Oversee the brand experience across all customer touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and positive experience.         
  • Partner with Oxford Digital Marketing Center of Excellence to deliver content that drives customer engagement and overall sales.      
  • Manage team performance. Provide feedback and direction. Lead and motivate teams to achieve brand goals      
  • Develop and execute a one-brand direct-to-consumer email & SMS marketing strategy, collaborating with Marketing and eCommerce teams.              
  • Leverage CDP insights and segments to optimize content and create personalized communications to increase frequency, engagement, traffic, conversion rate and sales through email campaigns.       
  • Direct creation of email campaigns for direct-to-consumer, signature stores and internal retailer customers.
  • Manage imagery and graphics for thebeaufortbonnetcompany.com and related social media channels.        
  • Direct and maintain online advertising needs, including web banners and display ads.   
  • Direct the creation of all print marketing initiatives.

Who we would like to meet:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Generally, 6+ Years’ experience in ecommerce or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles and marketing strategies.
  • Experience in developing and executing creative campaigns.
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and projects effectively.
