Job Overview 

The primary responsibility for this position is to help plan and execute strategic and creative content for all online channels and social media platforms. Collaboration within marketing team, including Digital Content, Brand, and Online Retail areas, will be key in order to manage overall content needs.  


Duties and Responsibilities  

Pre-Production 

  • Work with team and manager to collaborate on creative ideation and development of Tweezerman content strategy-including how to best visually communicate brand strategy, ecommerce strategy, communication campaigns, and trade marketing campaigns. 
  • Stay ahead of visual and industry trends, always bringing fresh ideas to discussions. 
  • Put together mood boards, storyboards, and presentations based on the needs of each project. 
  • Research props needed for each shoot to executive chosen creative direction. 

 Production 

  • Work with manager to help execute photo and video shoots, acting as the lead in-house photographer, stylist, and DP based on Digital Content strategy. 

 Post-Production 

  • Edit, retouch and organize all content. 

Qualifications

  • BFA degree in Photography or related discipline. 
  • 2 - 5 years relevant experience. 
  • Strong knowledge of photography, videography, retouching, and editing processes. 
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software applications, specifically: Lightroom, Photoshop, and Bridge. 
  • Proficiency in camera operation and lighting setups. 
  • Excellent organizational, planning, problem solving and interpersonal skills. 
  • An eye for aesthetics, composition, and compelling storytelling. 
  • Deadline-driven without compromising attention to detail. 
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strategic thinker with troubleshooting skills. 
  • Experience in beauty still-life photography a plus. 
  • Experience working with agencies a plus. 

 Physical Working Conditions 

  • Frequent standing, walking, and moving between indoor and outdoor settings.
  • Regular use of hands and arms to operate cameras, lighting, and related equipment.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying of equipment (up to 25–30 lbs).
  • May require bending, crouching, or climbing to capture shots from various angles.
  • Periodic travel to on-site locations, which may involve varied weather conditions.
  • Extended periods of viewing through camera lenses and working at computer screens for editing.

The expected base salary for this position is estimated. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, budget, and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in our company's profit-sharing program.
