ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Digital Marketing Content Creator to lead and execute engaging marketing campaigns across a variety of digital channels. This role is ideal for a content-savvy professional with strong storytelling skills, a passion for visual communication, and hands-on experience in social media, video production, and SEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across a variety of digital channels, including email, social media, influencer, advertising, localization, and search engine optimization.
- Create and execute engaging digital content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
- Capture and edit photos and videos that showcase our company, products, and culture within the agriculture industry.
- Own execution of design work (through vendor relationships as needed – this role will work closely with vendors)
- Create compelling emails and manage campaigns that maximize reach and engagement.
- Implement SEO strategy to improve website traffic, increase organic search rankings, and report on performance (Google Analytics - GA4, SEMRUSH).
- Contribute to product and technology content creation, including blog posts, infographics, photos, and videos.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, social media best practices, storytelling techniques, and digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Maintain and organize a digital content library for easy access and reuse of assets.
- Provide additional support with various projects and tasks as needed to help drive overall business objectives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in social media content creation, advertising, and best practices.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (such as Hootsuite, HubSpot, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or related field.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to design visually compelling emails and marketing assets, ensuring a consistent and engaging message.
- A creative mindset with excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality content with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong digital storytelling skills, with experience in design software (such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Lightroom, or the like).

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $81,800.00 - $139,200.00. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $85,000.00 to $90,000.00. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.Benefits Statement:
