This role is ideal for a creative, strategic, and data-driven content leader who thrives on driving brand awareness, engagement, and revenue through compelling storytelling. You will oversee end-to-end content strategy, including narrative development, distribution, and performance optimization across multiple channels. This position offers the chance to lead a high-performing team, collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales, and build content that guides prospects through the full-funnel journey. The role balances strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring content aligns with business goals, resonates with target audiences, and drives measurable pipeline impact.
Accountabilities
- Lead the full-funnel content strategy, aligning with revenue goals, personas, and buyer journeys.
- Own the brand voice, editorial guidelines, and visual identity across all marketing assets.
- Develop messaging and positioning for product launches, campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Manage and mentor a team of content creators, designers, and freelancers.
- Oversee editorial calendars, content production workflows, and creative pipelines.
- Collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, and Sales to align content with demand generation strategies.
- Create content across multiple formats including blogs, eBooks, webinars, landing pages, case studies, and product videos.
- Implement scalable design systems, style guides, templates, and content governance frameworks.
- Track content KPIs, maintain reporting dashboards, and drive iterative testing for engagement, SEO, and lead quality.
Requirements - 8–10+ years of content marketing experience in B2B SaaS or technology environments.
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline impact through content.
- Strong expertise in brand building, storytelling, and editorial judgment.
- Experience managing in-house teams, agencies, and freelance talent.
- Deep understanding of SEO, lifecycle content, and full-funnel content strategy.
- Proficiency with tools such as CMS (WordPress/HubSpot), GA4, Ahrefs/SEMRush, Figma, Notion, and Asana.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving ability.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, maintaining consistency and quality across content.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in performance-driven marketing, CRO, and content testing.
- Comfort leading content in a hybrid or distributed team environment.
- Passion for AI-driven platforms or learning and enablement technologies.
