Note: This position is based at our corporate office in Phoenix, AZ, and follows a hybrid work schedule. Remote work is not available for this role. Candidates must reside within commuting distance, as relocation assistance is not provided. Job Overview:

 As an Email Marketing Coordinator, you’ll manage the day-to-day execution of our email programs and help drive the next phase of our automation and personalization strategy. Your work will directly shape how millions of customers experience our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Build, launch, and monitor email campaigns from start to finish—ensuring flawless QA, timely delivery, and compliance with best practices.
  • Performance Analysis: Track key metrics (deliverability, open rate, click-through, conversion, revenue) and deliver actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Planning & Collaboration: Maintain the email marketing calendar across multiple brands, coordinating with Integrated Marketing, Creative, and Merchandising to lock in plans well in advance.
  • Automation & Personalization: Assist with segmentation, A/B testing, triggered journeys, and lifecycle programs to enhance customer engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Partner with digital and marketing teammates to develop templates, targeting strategies, and lead-nurture programs that support larger company initiatives.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of email marketing or closely related experience; retail or e-commerce background is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with an Email Service Provider (ESP) or marketing automation platform.
  • Strong data skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel/Sheets and Google Analytics; familiarity with Photoshop or similar design tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Clear, professional communication skills—written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage and execute large projects, meet tight deadlines on short notice, and multi-task.
