ABOUT THE ROLE
Clean Nutra is one of the fastest-growing supplement brands on TikTok Shop, and content is at the center of how we grow. We're looking for a Head of Content Creation & Creator Relations to own two things: the quality and output of our in-house content, and the relationships we build with the creators who amplify it.
This is not a coordinator role and it's not a "manage the agency" role. You will own both sides of the content equation — directing what gets made internally and managing the external creator relationships that extend our reach. That means building the systems, developing the team, and holding the standard across everything that goes out under the Clean Nutra name.
We're looking for someone who has been here before: fluent in short-form content, deep in the creator economy, and experienced enough to know the difference between content that looks good and content that converts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Oversee in-house content creation — setting the creative direction for short-form video across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms; you understand how great content gets made and can guide the team that makes it
- Build and manage a small internal content team: videographers, editors, on-camera talent, and creative support — including overseeing interns as the team scales
- Set and enforce content standards — hooks, pacing, format, brand voice — and develop repeatable creative systems that scale
- Own creator relations: recruiting, onboarding, briefing, and maintaining relationships with external creators and affiliates
- Develop content briefs that balance brand standards, platform best practices, and creator voice — driving content that converts, not just content that gets views
- Track and act on content performance: views, engagement, GMV contribution, ROAS, and conversion data — reported clearly and iterated on quickly
- Negotiate and manage creator agreements, usage rights, and commission structures with full accountability to budget and ROI
- Identify emerging creators and content trends before they peak — your instincts for what's next are a competitive advantage
- Collaborate with paid media to amplify high-performing organic content through whitelisting and spark ads
- Build scalable workflows for creator outreach, vetting, contracting, and relationship management that don't fall apart as the roster grows
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5–10+ years in content creation, creator marketing, or a closely related role — with direct, hands-on experience making content, not just managing it
- Strong creative direction instincts — you know what works on TikTok, you can brief it, and you can produce it
- Deep familiarity with TikTok Shop — you understand the affiliate structure, commission mechanics, and what drives GMV, not just impressions
- Proven experience building and managing creator relationships at various scales — micro through top-tier
- Genuinely data-driven — you define success in dollars and percentages, measure everything, and make decisions based on what the data says
- A systems builder who creates repeatable processes — not someone who runs every piece of content manually and can't step away
- Experience managing and developing a small internal team
- Las Vegas-based or committed to relocation
BONUS POINTS
- Experience in the supplement, health, or CPG space — you understand the regulatory environment and know how to brief creators compliantly
- Existing relationships with health and wellness creators on TikTok
- Experience running whitelisting or spark ad programs at scale
- Familiarity with creator management platforms (Grin, Aspire, Creator.co, or similar)
- Background in both organic content production and paid amplification
