Our client is seeking a skilled and visionary Head of Content Strategy to lead content initiatives. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive content strategy that supports business objectives and elevates brand presence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of a strategic content plan aligned with company goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of content creators and strategists to produce compelling and high-quality content.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
  • Analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of content initiatives and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging content technologies.
  • Manage content budget and resources to maximize impact and efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or digital marketing roles.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong expertise in content marketing principles, SEO, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in driving brand growth through innovative content strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
