Internal Content Strategists creatively deliver strategic messages to our internal audiences.

Duties:

  • Creates and edits internal messages with exceptional mechanics, style, and brand consistency.
  • Collaborates with the Internal Communications Manager on content format (i.e., article, blog, case study, video, podcast, etc.).
  • Identifies way content can be repackaged for additional amplification.
  • Collaborates across divisions, regions, and shared services departments to identify communications gaps and opportunities.
  • Directly engages with internal “clients” and creates pro-active communications plans for each group’s objectives. Provides feedback and coaching to group leaders.
  • Creates content for a variety of distribution channels, with advanced knowledge of intranet functionality, powerpoint or other presentation softwares, internal video editing tools, etc.
  • Contributes to content planning and helps strategize and execute multi-stage campaigns that respond to our business goals.
  • Engages Creative Services for audio/visual presentation of content. Anticipates creative assets that will enhance content.
  • Performs research on audiences, trends, or technical solutions to enhance communications deliverables or strategy.
  • Assists the Internal Communications Manager with evaluating success of internal campaigns and uses analytics to evaluate best methods of employee brand engagement.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communications
  • Exceptional writing, researching, and journalistic skills
  • Strong understanding of change management, emotional intelligence, and leadership principles

Salary Range: $50,000 - $90,000

The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
