We're seeking a Marketing Content Specialist who can bring our products and brand to life through creative content, engaging video, and effective digital storytelling. This role combines creativity with technical skill - from producing social media posts, to videos, to managing website updates. It requires working closely with leaders throughout the company to align content with broader business goals.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and well-versed in creating content and distributing it across various marketing channels, including social media, website, and email. Key Responsibilities
- Develop written and visual content for marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and product launches
- Create and edit photography and video for: Product presentation, customer stories, marketing, events & training
- Plan, create, and schedule content across company social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), targeting appropriate content to engage different audiences.
- Monitor analytics and engagement, providing performance insights and recommendations
- Manage online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and retargeting campaigns.
- Maintain and update the company website, ensuring timely posting of news and product updates
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Sales, Engineering, HR and Manufacturing to ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and meets project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of experience in content creation, marketing communications, or digital media production
- Proficiency in product photography and videography
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent)
- Experience managing websites in WordPress
- Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to travel to industry events 1-2 times per year
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ubersuggest, or similar.
