The Marketing Content Specialist is responsible for creating, editing, implementing, updating, and optimizing web content for Holiday Automotive as a fast-paced, self-motivated, creative individual with video production experience, superior written communication skills, and an overarching passion for the company brand. This team member is instrumental in strengthening the reputation of Holiday Automotive in the marketplace, presenting a consistent brand through websites and social media channels, and giving our customers a window into the unique and extraordinary culture of Holiday Automotive. The ideal candidate will have an education and/or considerable experience in marketing, video production and editing expertise, an eye for photography and strong organizational planning abilities. As a member of the marketing team, you’ll get to know team members from every building and department in our company to tell our story using photography, videography, and written language.

Responsibilities
Uphold and Strengthen the Perception of Holiday Automotive Throughout Wisconsin by Managing Social Media and Related Channels including GB Profiles, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, SnapChat and Whatever Comes Next
Plan, create, and maintain the social media calendar
Generate posts and events customized to fit that specific platform's guidelines
Plan, produce, edit and publish videos
Stay up to date on social media trends/guidelines/platform updates, etc.
Manage Paid Social Media Advertising Accounts
Plan, produce and execute social media advertising
Assist in the creation of video ads and monthly commercials
Monitor ad performance and adjust ads as needed
Update and Improve Website Content
Apply SEO Best Practices to New and Existing Pages
Create Innovative Landing Pages and Perform A/B Testing
Use WordPress Experience to Efficiently Manage Web Content
Serve as the Photographer and Videographer for Day-to-Day Happenings, Company Events, and Community Involvement
Provide all professional photography for social media as well as other marketing initiatives
Professional editing of photography and videography with the support of the Digital Performance Manager and the Creative Director
Plan, produce, edit and publish videos
Work Holiday Automotive sponsored events and be a terrific representative of the company
Appear/Act in Videos
Organize and Distribute Marketing Content
Send ad traffic to media partners and update as incentives change
Collect the required documents and submit to manufacturer co-op programs
Monitor co-op claims and resubmit as needed
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Videography, Social Media Marketing, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, a Related Field, and/or 3-years Social Media Business Management Experience
Strong Portfolio of Content-Creation
Proven Track-Record of Social Media Platform and Ads Management
Strong Interpersonal Communication Skills, both In-Person and Over-the-Phone
Organized, well-spoken, and detailed
Documented experience in photography and photo editing
Documented experience in videography and video editing
Demonstrated Project Management Skills
The Ability to Meet Short Deadlines with Sound Judgment
Self-Motivated, Diligent Work Ethic and Upbeat Attitude
