Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field
3-5+ years writing experience within an editorial organization, corporate marketing department or advertising/PR agency
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Familiarity with digital platforms
Ability to quickly adapt writing style and “voice” to fit our unique company culture
Project management skills with the ability to work under strict deadline pressure, manage workflow and prioritize work
Self-starter who can take ownership of projects and complete tasks with a tight deadline
Excellent interviewing and information-gathering skills
Ability to interface with upper-level management and aptitude to take direction
Strong ability to think conceptually, strategically, and work effectively across platforms
Professional demeanor with an ability to establish and maintain relationships with our sales force, clients, legal, and business stakeholders
Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible while keeping keen attention to detail
