The Multimedia Content Strategist is responsible for the management, performance, analytics, and completion of multi-faceted high impact multimedia and complex employee experience projects to include a proven track record in design thinking, creative and graphic design, photography, project management, internal and external communication and change management. Support the enhancement and brand visibility of the company’s image to internal and external stakeholders using a broad range of digital communication channels. Responsible for fostering and developing a positive image of the Company to various stakeholders, including customers, potential customers, employees, potential employees, media and public at large. Responsible for project management from beginning to end, including assessing scope of work, understanding project goals, developing timelines, traffic control, and ensuring deadlines are met. This position typically works under limited supervision and direction. Incumbents of this position will regularly exercise discretionary and substantial decision-making authority in a fast paced, dynamic, and agile environment. 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create engaging, original content (Reels, Stories, photos, short-form video) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels. 
  • Write clear, compelling captions and marketing copy aligned with brand tone. 
  • Plan and manage a monthly content calendar around listings, events, milestones, and market trends. 
  • Capture and edit video/photo content for listings, lifestyle branding, and content. 
  • Track social media performance and optimize content for engagement and reach. 
  • Assist with digital marketing tasks such as email campaigns and website/blog updates 
  • Partner effectively with the employee experience team, key stakeholders, leaders, and external vendors to deliver on impactful outcomes. 
  • Manages & directs employee experience projects involving time sensitive deadlines. 
  • Develops and implements measurable and engaging employee experience campaigns that support companywide projects and initiatives. 
  • Plans, coordinates, and produces employee experience activities related to building a positive company reputation and brand awareness. 
  • Plans and execute short-term and long-term integrated employee experience goals. 
  • Manages projects, develops timelines, advises on cost estimates, creates, and maintains project plans for integrated projects. 
  • Provides copywriting support for external communication initiatives, including web, advertising, collateral materials and press releases. 
  • Collaborates with regional colleagues to support employee experience objectives. 
  • Supports the management and enforces the proper use of the brand in both written and visual communication. 
  • Supports the management of website content. 
  • Supports the management of content channels incorporating digital, web, editorial, social, video production and analytics. 
  • Works with team(s) to identify, manage risks, and create contingency plans. 
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in programs and business practices. 
  • Support the implementation of appropriate HR solutions aligned with business direction 
  • Support the development and implementation of strategies to improve individual and organizational performance and engagement. 

Education & Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Management is preferred, or equivalent experience in digital marketing. 
  • Typically requires a minimum of 9 years' experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 7 years and a Master’s degree.   
  • Knowledge of SEO or paid social advertising 
  • Experience with digital platforms.  
  • Blog or website content development 
  • In-depth knowledge of paid media with a keen interest in leveraging analytics to explore and adopt new strategic directions. 
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to design, prioritize, track, and optimize multiple campaigns customized for distinct audience personas. 
  • Applies a highly analytical mindset to campaign implementation, testing, and performance analysis with acute attention to detail. 
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently, troubleshoot challenges, and take full ownership of projects and workflows. 
  • A reliable and collaborative contributor who works with integrity, shares knowledge openly, and enhances team success through collective effort.

Working Conditions

  • Role may require travel within the region to deliver in-person training at various company locations. Global and Domestic Travel: 80% 
  • This role will facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions. 
  • Must be flexible on work hours to facilitate training sessions across different time zones.  

Physical Requirements

May work in prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer or standing in front of a classroom to facilitate.
