Build and manage a team of editors, writers, and content producers, aligned around content performance and booking behavior
10+ years of experience in digital travel editorial, including experience with content that drives bookings, purchases, or affiliate conversion
Deep knowledge of the full traveler journey, from inspiration and research to decision and booking
A track record of building content systems that are modular, structured, and performance-driven
Experience working closely with product teams to shape UX/content tools, CMS workflows, and user flows around commercial goals
Understanding of how to pair content with deals, incentives, and loyalty logic to drive action
Familiarity with travel creators and how to surface their insights at scale while maintaining editorial integrity
