Own the Content Playbook: You will develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that establishes Kognitos as the undisputed leader in AI automation, blending product-led growth (PLG) tactics with insightful, brand-building narratives.
Become an Influential Face of Kognitos: You will be our primary creator, specializing in short-form video. You'll script, shoot, edit, and host engaging content for LinkedIn, X(Twitter), YouTube, and other key channels, making our product and its value crystal clear.
Translate the Technical into the Tangible: Work side-by-side with our founders, engineers, product, and product marketing teams to deeply understand Kognitos. Your mission is to distill that complexity into clear, concise, and captivating content for a B2B audience.
Master an AI-First Workflow: You’ll live at the cutting edge, using AI-driven tools (e.g., GPT-4, Descript, Midjourney, CapCut) not as a crutch, but as a creative partner to accelerate your workflow and amplify your output.
Measure What Matters: Go beyond vanity metrics. You’ll own the analytics for your content, connecting your work directly to lead generation, pipeline influence, and brand awareness, and constantly iterating based on data.
Collaborate to Win: Partner with the broader marketing and sales teams to ensure your content fuels every stage of the funnel, from top-of-funnel awareness campaigns to bottom-of-funnel sales enablement assets.
Experience Level: 5-8 years in a content creation and strategy role, with a proven track record within a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology company. Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a major plus.
Demonstrable Impact: You must have a strong portfolio of work, with an emphasis on video content. We want to see examples of your creations and hear you articulate the strategy behind them and the business results they drove.
MarTech Proficiency: Extensive experience with modern marketing and sales platforms. You should be comfortable navigating tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, HootSuite, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs.
AI-Native Toolkit: Hands-on expertise with an AI-first content workflow. You should have extensive experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT for scripting), video/audio editors (e.g., ElevenLabs, Descript, CapCut), and image generators (e.g., Veo3, Midjourney) to accelerate your creative process.
On-Camera Excellence: Exceptional communication skills, with a natural and engaging on-camera presence. Experience hosting webinars, product demos, or social media videos is essential.
Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using analytics to measure content performance, track key KPIs (like engagement, pipeline influence, and conversions), and make data-driven decisions to optimize your strategy.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
You live on platforms like LinkedIn and X(Twitter) and have strong instincts for what kind of content performs and why.
