The Opportunity
The Senior Content Strategist of The Global Enterprise Narrative and Content Team leads the strategy, development, and delivery of webinar-led content that brings our global enterprise marketing narrative and campaign frameworks to life. This role ensures webinar programs are tightly aligned to company priorities, translating complex ideas into cohesive, audience-first stories that educate, inform, and inspire.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends narrative design, webinar execution, and content frameworks to deliver cohesive experiences for Adobe enterprise customers. The ideal candidate operates comfortably in a fast-paced environment, bringing strategic rigor, creative clarity, and a data-informed approach to every program.
What You’ll Do
Define and implement the content strategy for enterprise webinar programs, aligning with global narratives, campaigns, and audience personas.
Collaborate with journey, demand, narrative, product, sales, communications, PR, agency and events teams to develop content calendars, review webinar topics and abstracts, and align to business priorities and market trends.
Write and submit briefs for agency and production teams with webinar title, abstracts, speaker bios, key messaging topics and promotional materials.
Source, brief, and enable speakers, including executives, product leaders, partners, and customers.
Plan and deliver webinars, covering messaging, talking points, run of show, and audience engagement.
Drive content direction for all webinar assets, including presentation decks, speaker scripts, promotional copy, registration landing pages, on-demand viewing landing pages, derivative, content and more.
Use audience insights and performance data to refine content and improve engagement.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience planning and hosting enterprise-level webinars or virtual events and shaping their content strategy
Strong experience with content operations, editorial processes, and content quality assurance
Strong partner management experience, especially in speaker sourcing, briefing, and alignment
Track record aligning content to broader business narratives and campaign frameworks
Passon for staying updated on latest digital content innovations with AI and industry trends
Qualifications
3-5+ years in digital content strategy, webinar or virtual event management, or other relevant experience
Excellent communicator — enthusiastic, concise, and audience-centric
Strategic problem solver with the ability to balance big ideas with diligent execution
Self-starter who takes initiative and drives projects forward
Passionate about continuous learning and applying insights across programs
Collaborative and proactive, with strong cross-functional influence

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $112,000 -- $215,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
