As an SEO Associate, you will play a key role in driving online visibility, increasing traffic, and enhancing ROI for client campaigns. You will combine creative thinking with data-driven analysis to uncover insights, optimize strategies, and implement SEO best practices across diverse client projects. Working closely with account teams, you will monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate actionable insights to clients. This role thrives in a fast-paced, innovative, and remote-friendly environment where continuous learning and adaptation to emerging tools and trends are integral to success. Your work will directly impact client outcomes while contributing to strategic initiatives that leverage AI and advanced analytics.

Accountabilities

  • Conduct comprehensive SEO activities including keyword research, content creation, link building, and competitive analysis to drive traffic and ROI.
  • Monitor client websites and online presence by tracking traffic, rankings, trends, and conversions.
  • Analyze performance data using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Conductor.
  • Present findings and insights to clients through email, video calls, or presentations, tying recommendations back to business objectives.
  • Collaborate with account teams to implement optimization strategies and support client initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with SEO trends, emerging tools, and AI-powered technologies to continually enhance client strategies.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges and propose solutions to ensure seamless campaign execution.


Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in keyword research, on-page and technical SEO (HTML, JavaScript, CSS knowledge a plus).
  • Skilled in data analysis using SEO tools, analytics platforms, and reporting software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn and adopt new tools, including AI-driven solutions for SEO.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Passion for digital marketing with a focus on achieving measurable results and ROI for clients.
