Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to find areas for growth, identify trends, and article ideas
Collaborate with multiple teams on marketing campaigns
Manage and update Local SEO listings
Audit/update local seo trends, Q&A, and stay up to date with the local SEO search engine rules
Add new local SEO listings for new stores
Publish Local SEO posts/images
Work with the design team on local SEO banner ideas
Act as Category owner for Dining + OCC tables
Manage outreach, Cision PR platform, and BrightLocal platforms
Publish/edit press page and send out the monthly press report
Manage Inspiration room – image updates, building individual lifestyle room pages
Website taxonomy audit and place no index tags: dining + Occ
Use data measurement, user research, benchmarking, and content audits to identify high-impact improvement opportunities across all content areas
Manage content strategy and ideas for all content hub articles
Oversee the Content Hub Library smartsheet process/audit
Administer content hub stories in Pivotal
Manage SEO copy publishing strategy and content refresh process
Perform content audits to assess how well existing content is performing
Perform content gap analyses to determine what type of content is missing and what is needed
Make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve content targeting and measurement
Delegating content production ideas and feedback to Copywriter and Digital Marketing Coordinators
Lead the editorial calendar of content hub, digital PR and SEO copy production
Manage digital PR strategy with agencies and third-party vendors
Act as a partner with survey content strategy and ideas
Partner with Paid Media to manage content strategy and ideas for paid articles
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college in Business Administration, Journalism, English, or related degree. 2 years of experience in SEO reporting and analytics. 3 years of experience conducting intensive outreach and relationship-building for SEO content marketing. 4 years of experience writing, editing, and proofreading new articles, blog posts, SEO and web content. Prior experience writing within the home décor and furniture industries is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficient experience in Microsoft Office 365 including Word and Excel. Familiarity with SEO tools like STAT, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Trends, BuzzStream, BrightLocal, and DeepCrawl is a plus.
The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Compensation: $70,304.00 - $93,857.00Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy. Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
