Position Overview:
We are looking for a strategic SEO Manager with at least 5 years of experience to develop and execute high-performing SEO strategies for local and content-driven campaigns. This role involves deep keyword research, competitive analysis, content planning, technical optimization, performance reporting, and staying ahead of search engine innovations such as AI-powered search and GEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies focused on local and content-driven growth.

  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and search intent mapping.

  • Audit, optimize, and lead the creation of SEO-focused content.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure websites are user- and search-friendly.

  • Test data-backed hypotheses to improve rankings, CTR, and conversions.

  • Monitor performance, generate reports, and present insights to stakeholders.

  • Stay ahead of evolving SEO trends including AI and GEO technologies.

  • Identify seasonal and industry trends to enhance visibility.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting.

  • Proficiency in tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog.

  • Proven success in crafting strategies that generate measurable results.

  • Strong content strategy skills with an editorial background preferred.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and forecasting.

  • Confident communicator with client-facing presentation skills.

  • Technical SEO knowledge (site audits, schema, Core Web Vitals) is a plus.
