As a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager on the Paid Media team, you’ll be the central hub for managing and prioritizing requests across Technical SEO, Automation, and Authoring. You’ll ensure every request is captured, assigned, and tracked, driving efficiency and clarity for multiple business lines. Your role is vital to optimizing our content production and supporting strategic growth.

Job responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and log incoming requests for audits, tooling, and authoring.
  • Assess request completeness and clarify requirements with stakeholders.
  • Assign requests to appropriate teams based on scope and priority.
  • Track progress and provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Maintain documentation and intake records in Confluence and other platforms.
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with segment leads to balance workload and resources.
  • Generate regular reports on intake volume, allocation, turnaround times, and outcomes.
  • Analyze intake trends to forecast resource needs and inform hiring decisions.
  • Proactively redistribute requests during peak periods or overloads.
  • Facilitate communication between requestors and internal teams for timely updates.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience managing workflows and task assignments in multi-team environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
  • Ability to design, document, and optimize intake and workflow processes.
  • Working understanding of digital marketing, SEO, automation, and web authoring.
  • Hands-on experience with Workfront, Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Quick issue assessment, conflict resolution, and escalation skills.
  • Understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) authoring processes.
  • Experience driving adoption of new tools or processes.

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field preferred
  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum practices and prior SEO/web development experience.
