Social Media & Content Strategist
Part-Time (Approx. 15 Hours/Week) | Hybrid | 1099 Contractor | South Florida
Weekly travel required to Boca Raton, Davie, and Kendall
Adolescent Wellness Academy and Principles Recovery Center are seeking an experienced Social Media & Content Strategist to elevate our digital presence and authentically tell the stories of the clients, families, and teams we serve.
This is a highly independent, results-focused role offering significant creative ownership. We are looking for a professional who can develop strategy, create compelling content, and drive measurable growth across our brands.
Responsibilities
- Develop, create, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Visit all three facilities weekly to capture photos, videos, team highlights, and program content.
- Attend company events, community initiatives, and team gatherings as needed.
- Create and present monthly content calendars for approval.
- Develop and execute a strategic 6-month social media growth plan.
- Track performance metrics and provide recommendations to increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, mission, and voice.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of direct social media management experience required.
- 1+ year of behavioral health experience required.
- Strong photography, videography, content creation, and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight.
Compensation
- Competitive hourly contract compensation.
