The opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Sr. UX Content Strategist to join Adobe’s Monetization Growth team! You will develop the language behind some of Adobe’s most critical revenue-driving experiences.

You’ll define content strategy across key monetization channels—how individuals and organizations discover, evaluate, purchase, upgrade, and manage Adobe subscriptions. You’ll translate complex pricing structures, subscription conditions, and AI-driven features into clear, consistent, and dependable experiences that promote confident user decision-making.

In this role, you’ll tackle ambiguous, high-impact challenges at the crossroads of product, building, business, and trust. You’ll foresee risks, minimize obstacles throughout the customer journey, and make certain that content promotes both user comprehension and business results through clear, human language.

What you'll do

  • Foster growth throughout the customer lifecycle by pinpointing and developing content strategy spanning paywalls, plan comparison, checkout, renewals, subscription management, and lifecycle messaging.

  • Translate pricing models, subscription terms, and legal requirements into clear, straightforward language that supports informed decision-making.

  • Establish and evolve reusable content patterns, standards, and terminology to improve consistency, scalability, and quality across monetization surfaces.

  • Share and present content strategy work to drive visibility, alignment, and adoption across teams.

  • Apply and refine content standards within AI-assisted workflows to scale high-quality output across human- and AI-generated content.

  • Partner cross-functionally (Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, etc.) early to build experiences—not just refine them.

  • Collaborate with Growth, Analytics, and Data Science to build, run, and evaluate experiments.

  • Advocate for the user perspective in product decisions, ensuring clarity and confidence in critical moments.

What you need to succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, or product development in complex product environments.

  • Strong understanding of monetization and growth, including experimentation frameworks and lifecycle thinking.

  • Outstanding writing craft: clear, detailed, and persuasive while maintaining user trust.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and define clear content approaches within a product or domain.

  • Systems thinker with experience crafting and applying reusable patterns, terminology, and scalable content systems.

  • Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams as a key contributor to product decisions.

  • Experience writing for global audiences, including accessibility, localization, and cultural nuance.

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted writing tools to generate, evaluate, and scale UX content.
