At Texas Children's, our people are at the heart of our mission. We are seeking a strategic and creative Senior Workforce Content Strategist to help shape how we communicate and engage with current and future team members across our organization.

In this role, you will partner with HR Centers of Excellence, HR leadership, and the Public Affairs & Marketing team to develop and execute integrated communications strategies that support talent attraction, employee engagement, development, and retention. Through compelling content and strategic storytelling, you will help connect team members to HR programs, resources, and organizational priorities while strengthening Texas Children's employer brand and culture.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary communications consultant for HR programs, initiatives, and services.
  • Develop and execute strategic communication plans that support workforce and organizational goals.
  • Create, edit, and manage a variety of content including employee communications, leadership messaging, campaigns, presentations, and digital content.
  • Partner with HR, Public Affairs & Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with Texas Children's brand and culture.
  • Support employer branding efforts across career sites, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Analyze communication performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve engagement and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to special projects, events, and enterprise-wide workforce initiatives.

 

Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Mass Communications, or a related field.
  • Four (4) or more years of experience in communications, marketing, human resources, employer branding, or a related discipline.
  • Human Resources communications experience preferred.
  • SharePoint experience highly preferred.
  • Experience developing communication strategies and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship-building, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
