About the job 

You will join the Digital Client Support team within the Client Service area, where our focus is on digitalising the customer experience and service for our group. As a Student Assistant in Content Writing and Content Management, you will play an essential role in enhancing the client experience by creating, editing, and managing content, such as articles and videos, that educate and guide our clients. We aim to deliver world-class service and support through accurate, relevant, engaging, and client-friendly content via our digital support channels, ensuring that clients receive the assistance they need to navigate our wide range of products and services. 

 
Among other tasks, you will be responsible for: 

  • Collaborating closely with the Digital Client Support Manager to write and review effective articles that provide clients with answers to their questions and the knowledge they need for a smooth experience using our services 

  • Supporting the production of tutorial-style videos by writing engaging and informative video scripts, along with accompanying articles and supporting content 

  • Assisting in the localisation and publication of content across multiple markets and languages to ensure accessibility for all clients 

  • Working with global teams, such as the Trading Platforms team and Client Services, to gather and validate information needed to create comprehensive articles before publishing 

  • Assisting in managing the content creation and maintenance process to ensure that all materials remain current and reflective of the ongoing advancements in trading platforms and services 

 

Your profile 

  • You are organised and committed to delivering high-quality, effective content that makes a meaningful difference and enhances the client experience. 

  • You are proactive, organised, and capable of taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities. 

  • You actively seek constructive feedback and are keen to contribute innovative ideas to enrich our educational materials. 

  • You are currently in your graduate studies, with around one year remaining (this position is for approximately 14 months). 

  • While knowledge of financial markets is a plus, it is not a requirement.
