  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and location planning for photo and video sessions in collaboration with photographers and videographers.
  • Collect and manage model releases in compliance with university policies.
  • User-Generated Content Recruitment
  • Actively encourage students to submit self-captured content (photos, videos, testimonials) through targeted campaigns and direct outreach.
  • Develop incentives and engagement strategies to maintain a steady stream of student-submitted content.
  • Digital Asset Management & Metadata
  • Create and maintain metadata documentation systems for all visual assets, ensuring they are tagged accurately with context, permissions, usage rights, and more.
  • Collaborate with the team to organize and optimize assets for use in future communications and AI-assisted platforms.
  • Process & System Development
  • Develop repeatable workflows for talent sourcing, production scheduling, and asset cataloging.
  • Identify and implement tools or platforms to streamline asset intake and documentation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with writers, designers, photographers, and communication strategists to align content production with recruitment messaging goals.
  • Attend events and on-campus experiences to capture spontaneous student stories when appropriate.

Desired Qualifications:
