What you will do

We're looking for a UX Content Strategist to elevate our user experience and strengthen our market position. In this role, you'll transform how we communicate with clients across multiple channels by overseeing all platform content—from client-facing messaging to internal nomenclature—ensuring everything is clear, consistent, and speaks directly to our users' needs.

You'll be responsible for establishing unified content standards across our platform and channels, maintaining grammatical excellence, and crafting communications that users can easily understand and act upon. You'll also collaborate with our data science team in the AI Agentic realm, contributing to content strategy for our GenAI experiences.

The ideal candidate will help us create content that not only meets user expectations but anticipates them, turning every interaction—whether traditional or AI-powered—into an opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to clarity and user-centricity across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Discovery & Audit
    • Conduct a thorough audit of current in-product communications (emails, alerts, notifications, etc.).
    • Collaborate with product, UX, and client success teams to gather relevant examples and understand current pain points.
    • Analyze findings from client feedback and ongoing user research to identify gaps and improvement areas.
  • Content Strategy Development
    • Define a comprehensive content strategy for system-generated communications, prioritizing clarity, tone, timing, and usefulness.
    • Develop content guidelines and frameworks that can be applied consistently across teams and communication types.
    • Partner with UX leadership to ensure the strategy aligns with broader UX and product goals.
  • Content Creation & Iteration
    • Write, edit, and optimize client-facing messages (e.g., onboarding emails, system alerts, reminders, product updates).
    • Ensure all content meets accessibility standards, reflects brand voice, and enhances user trust.
    • Collaborate with designers to pair content with visuals and interaction patterns effectively.
  • AI/GenAI Content Strategy
    • Collaborate with data science teams on content strategy for AI Agentic experiences.
    • Contribute to GenAI user experience content development and optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with UX designers, researchers, product managers, and engineering to bring content into production.
    • Present recommendations to internal stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
    • Act as a content advocate throughout the development cycle to ensure a user-centered content approach.

What you should bring

  • Proven experience in UX content strategy, UX writing, or content design, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing client-facing content projects, preferably involving emails or system notifications.
  • Experience with multi-channel content strategy and cross-platform consistency.
  • Understanding of content governance and scalable content systems.
  • Familiarity with user research methods and applying findings to shape content.
  • Comfortable working independently but collaboratively in a fast-paced product development environment.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.
  • Experience establishing content standards and style guides across organizations.
  • Bonus: Experience with design tools (like Figma), content modeling and localization strategy.
