We’re looking for a collaborative, client‑obsessed UX professional to help lead the Profile & Account Settings Lab. This person can set a vision, bring people along, and translate complexity into calm. This is a hybrid role for someone who loves shaping what we build and how we talk about it. This role is both a chance to bring a unified profile & account settings experience to crossover clients including creating mobile native flows. You’ll bring confidence, humanity, and clarity to clients updating their account information. You'll make an impact creating a consistency across divisions and channels, storytelling for senior audiences, and influencing the direction of the experience

Qualifications
Five years related work experience. Two years in user experience, digital marketing, or similar preferred.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
