Job Description:

At Job Duck, we are seeking a bilingual Content creator to support a client’s digital presence and brand visibility. This role focuses on social media management, content creation, and engagement strategies that strengthen client relationships and expand the firm’s reach. Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and marketing team, you will craft compelling content, monitor online interactions, and ensure brand consistency across platforms. Candidates who are creative, detail-oriented, and thrive in collaborative environments will excel in this position.

•Monthly Compensation: 1245 USD to 1350 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate on newsletters, events, and firm announcements

  • Partner with the design team to develop graphics and visual content

  • Assist with paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Facebook

  • Analyze platform performance and adjust strategy based on data and trends

  • Increase engagement, followers, and website traffic through organic and paid efforts

  • Research relevant legal and business topics to support content creation

  • Write and edit marketing materials including social posts, blog articles, press releases, and website copy

  • Maintain organized content libraries including copy, graphics, and video

  • Collaborate with attorneys and the marketing team to produce thought leadership and interview-based content

  • Write and edit marketing materials including blog articles, press releases, and website cop

  • Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with firm initiatives and campaigns

  • Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google

Requirements:

•Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST

2+ years of experience managing social media for a business or brand (professional services preferred) 

Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail 

Experience managing multiple platforms and content calendars 

•Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Slides)

•Experience with Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn campaigns

•Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking tools

Work Shift:

8:30 AM - 5:30 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America)
