Position Summary:
McCallie School seeks a creative, collaborative, and highly responsive Content Creator to support the Development team during the $300 million McCallie For Life campaign. This position is embedded within the Development department and works in close partnership with the Marketing and Communications department.
The Content Creator produces timely, high-quality written, video, digital and visual content that supports fundraising and engagement priorities, equips gift officers and campaign volunteers, and helps donors understand the vision, momentum, impact and joys of generosity at McCallie. This role is ideal for a strong storyteller who can move quickly from idea to execution while working within established brand guidelines and approval processes.
This position plays a critical role in supporting Philanthropy and Engagement efforts with thoughtful and inspiring donor-centered content, while allowing Marketing and Communications to remain focused on broader institutional storytelling.
This is a year-round, 12-month, full-time, exempt position eligible for full benefits.
Primary Responsibilities:
Key Function #1 - Development & Campaign Content: Create clear, compelling, donor-centered content that advances campaign and fundraising priorities and equips gift officers and volunteers with effective storytelling tools.
Key Function #2 - Design & Asset Creation: Produce timely, on-brand visual, video, and written assets that support Development needs and enable quick execution in a fast-paced campaign environment.
Key Function #3 - Collaboration & Internal Partnership: Serve as a trusted content partner within Development while collaborating closely with Marketing and Communications to ensure alignment and effective use of stories and assets.
