I. Job Summary

Under minimal supervision, acts as a liaison between the Technology and the business of new systems and enhancement of existing systems. Conducts advanced level business process analysis, needs assessments and preliminary cost/benefit analysis in an effort to align Technology solutions with business initiatives. 

 
II. Duties and Responsibilities 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily.  Other ancillary duties may be assigned.

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical development team to translate business requirements into functional specifications within the Content Management System (CMS) and the website ecosystem.
  • Defines the vision of CMS product. 
  • Knowledge and experience of working according to agile methodologies and lean product development.
  • Facilitates business requirement, process and design sessions 
  • Work cooperatively with technical or application personnel across Digital to accomplish enterprise-wide goals.
  • Play a leadership role within the Scrum team to ensure that capabilities are in-scope, on-time and of high quality
  • Assist in the development of product roadmaps.
  • Contributes advanced knowledge in formulating systems scope and objectives relative to the organization's business plan and user requirements, process flow definitions and functional specifications. 
  • Coordinates with users to determine and document business and user requirements, process flow definitions, and functional specifications. 
  • Responsible for document repositories, maintenance and updates of project documentation library. 
  • Leads project team with gaining business user acceptance. 
  • Reviews progress and evaluates results for accuracy and efficiency. 
  • Must demonstrate more advanced communication and training skills.
  • Ability to manage risks and sort out a solution.
III. Supervisory Responsibilities

Will coach and mentor less experienced analysts and act as team leader on more complicated systems projects.

 
IV. Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. Candidates must live and work in the United States.

 

A. Education and Experience

Education: Bachelors Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or similar area of study or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant work experience. 

Experience: Eight years of relevant work experience as a IT Business Analyst (in addition to education requirement). Four years working as an IT Manager/Project Manager may substitute for the minimum years of experience.

B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

None required.

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Preferred

Technically advanced knowledge or in-depth skills in one or more of the following is preferred:

  • Strong understanding of web content management systems, digital marketing workflows, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.).
  • Proven ability to document requirements, workflows, wireframes, and process flows.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exposure to JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools.
  • Experience with content modeling and metadata strategy in Adobe Experience Manager or other content management systems.

Normal setting for this job is: office setting and/or landfill/outdoor.

The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $107,300 - $160,100. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
 
In addition, this position is eligible for bonus.
