Bachelor’s degree in marketing, mass communications or related field. 5+ years of experience in communications and digital content creation, social media management, and/or content strategy, with a strong portfolio of work. Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.) and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Deep understanding of content optimization, and best practices for digital and social media platforms.
