The Content Manager will play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up in the market. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, design, sales, and senior leadership teams to develop content strategies, craft engaging stories, and execute campaigns that strengthen our brand presence and highlight our expertise.


Essential Functions
  • Develop and execute content strategies that align with business goals and brand positioning.
  • Write, edit, and publish high-quality articles, case studies, web copy, and marketing materials.
  • Plan and manage B2B marketing campaigns across digital channels — with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn and email marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, design, and leadership) to support product launches and company initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leadership in a highly visible role to identify new content opportunities that showcase company expertise, culture, and innovation.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.
  • Optimize content for SEO, readability, and lead generation.
  • Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all campaigns and initiatives.
  • Measure and report on content performance, using data to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing tools.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in content creation, marketing communications, or digital marketing.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with B2B marketing and multi-channel campaign management.
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles, marketing analytics, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
  • Proficiency with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary: $80,000 - $93,000
