We are looking for a talented Content Marketing Manager to shape our brand's voice and story across social media, public relations, and events. We are an innovative company seeking a creative storyteller to connect our history with a modern, future-focused brand identity.
 
This is an on-site role at our office in Omaha, NE 5 days per week.

Job Duties:

  • Own the brand voice and story across all external-facing platforms.
  • Manage our social media channels from strategy and content creation to publishing and reporting.
  • Proactively create a pipeline of stories, including customer successes, internal milestones, and innovations.
  • Write, photograph, and film authentic, high-impact multimedia content.
  • Manage the relationship and coordinate efforts with our external PR agency partner.
  • Ensure earned media placement aligns with social and web promotion for maximum reach.
  • Partner with HR to support employer branding and recruiting campaigns through storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the tradeshow team to create engaging digital content and lead capture strategies.

Ideal Background:

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, public relations, or social media management.
  • Proven experience managing social media content calendars and channel strategy.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to turn technical topics into compelling stories.
  • A self-starter mindset with a bias for action and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in visual media production, including photography and video.
  • Familiarity with PR best practices and aligning earned/owned media strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Journalism is preferred but not required.
