Our platform helps property management companies (PMCs) streamline vendor credentialing, mitigate risk, and optimize maintenance workflows. By integrating compliance and maintenance automation, we enable PMCs to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure regulatory adherence. As we scale, we’re building a marketing team focused on demand generation, revenue acceleration, and customer success.

Who You Are
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager in the Austin, TX metro area to lead and execute our content strategy, driving demand generation, customer education, and brand positioning within the property management and PropTech space.

 

You will be responsible for developing, managing, and distributing high-impact content—including blogs, social campaigns, email nurture sequences, and sales enablement materials—that align with our SEO strategy and campaign priorities.


Responsibilities

Content Marketing

  • Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with our SEO strategy and marketing campaigns.
  • Write, edit, and manage a variety of content: blog posts, social media content, email nurture campaigns, sales collateral, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to turn insights into impactful content that supports the buyer journey.
  • Measure and report on content performance using engagement and conversion metrics, optimizing based on results.
  • Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and brand across all content deliverables.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of content marketing experience within a B2B SaaS organization (PropTech a plus).
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong grasp of voice, tone, and storytelling.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple content projects and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred) and CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content performance metrics.
  • Location: Austin,TX regional area or surrounding areas are preferred for occasional in-person strategy and alignment sessions.
