ShadowDragon supplies open‑source intelligence (OSINT) software that helps investigators gather and analyze data efficiently. To build and maintain a strong market presence, we are hiring a Content Marketing Manager who will own our brand, visuals and storytelling.
Role summary
The Content Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of ShadowDragon’s content strategy across digital, social and print channels. You will oversee brand identity and creative assets—including graphics, videos and design templates—while producing compelling content that builds awareness, educates customers and drives demand. This role requires strategic thinking, editorial expertise and creative direction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that spans the entire customer journey; set objectives, KPI targets and editorial calendars for blogs, white-papers, videos, webinars, case studies and social posts. Serve the teams design needs.
- Brand development and stewardship – implement and maintain a global brand strategy, identity system and communications framework to ensure consistency in voice, design and messaging. Develop brand guidelines and guardrails to protect the integrity of the ShadowDragon brand across all channels and internal teams.
- Creative leadership – create high‑quality graphics, infographics and videos that reflect the brand and communicate complex OSINT topics. Elevate the brand, visual identity, voice, thought leadership with SMEs to position ShadowDragon as the Enterprise Intelligence Platform.
- Content creation – write and edit engaging content, event design, coordinate contributions from subject‑matter experts, and ensure all assets are optimized for SEO and structured for our CMS. Leverage customer feedback and data to refine messaging and content formats and create powerful case studies and testimonials.
- Distribution and amplification – manage distribution across ShadowDragon’s website, email, social media and partner channels; collaborate with demand‑generation, sales and partner marketing teams to maximize reach and impact.
- Metrics and analysis – monitor web and engagement metrics, analyze conversion rates and ROI, and report results to stakeholders; adjust the content strategy based on data and best practices.
- Team collaboration – work cross‑functionally with product marketing, partner marketing, field events and sales to ensure content aligns with go‑to‑market priorities and supports pipeline growth.
Skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or design.
- 5+ years of B2B content marketing experience, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS or technology; demonstrated success with brand development and creative content production.
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling abilities; experience creating thought‑leadership pieces, case studies, white-papers, blog posts, infographics and videos.
- Familiarity with content‑management systems, web publishing and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar); added bonus of knowledge of SEO and web analytics.
- Excellent project‑management and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design, brand voice and audience engagement.
Compensation
