We’re doing this by building ground up from the premise that most support responses should be automated with transparent, customizable AI, and that support teams should spend their time managing automation and engaging with complex cases, not grinding through high volumes of simple tickets. Once teams are freed from reactive support, we want to help them tackle what’s next: providing personalized concierge services to their customers.
To deliver this combination of powerful AI systems and well designed tooling we’re leveraging Jamie’s experience as an early member of Google’s generative AI team and Steve’s experience building for operational teams at Stripe, as well as the experience of our team who’ve joined us from places like Stripe, Canva, Atlassian, Dropbox and Dovetail.

About the role and you
We're hiring a founding Content Strategist to define how Lorikeet shows up in the world. You'll build our content strategy and brand from scratch, setting the vision, sourcing partners, and overseeing execution across every channel. You'll experiment with different formats to find what resonates, then build scalable systems around what works. The ideal person translates customer insights into compelling content that educates and drives the pipeline. You're comfortable developing strategy, writing creative briefs, and providing quality control on deliverables. Perfect for someone who wants to build from zero.
What you'll do
Develop and own content strategy across all channels including website, LinkedIn, YouTube, podcast, and emerging platforms to build brand and drive pipeline
Oversee end-to-end content production by writing briefs, developing copy, directing agency partners, and ensuring quality control on all finished assets across organic and paid channels
Source and manage freelancers, agencies, and production partners to execute your vision while maintaining strategic direction and brand consistency
Conduct customer research and interviews to uncover insights that inform strategy and shape compelling narratives from complex technical concepts
Rapidly prototype and test new content formats and distribution strategies to discover what resonates, then scale what works
Establish scalable content processes and systems including brand voice, visual guidelines, templates, and performance measurement to optimize based on data

You're a strategic thinker who can craft the vision and direct partners to execute it. You're excited to experiment with different formats and channels to discover what genuinely serves customers and drives results. You'll work with agencies and freelancers on execution while providing quality control and strategic oversight.
You might be a fit if you:
Have experience building content strategy and production capabilities at B2B SaaS or AI companies, with a good sense of ‘quality’ across different formats
Built content programs from scratch and ability to develop strategy, source partners, write creative briefs, and oversee delivery of assets that drive engagement and pipeline
Excel at transforming technical concepts into compelling stories
Thrive on experimentation and iteration, and are willing to test unconventional approaches, measure what works, and pivot quickly based on learnings
