### **Position Overview:**

As a **Content Strategist** at DIVIETO, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing compelling content across multiple channels to engage our audience, increase brand awareness, and drive customer loyalty. The ideal candidate will have experience in both content strategy and execution, with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, SEO, and content management systems (CMS). You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to ensure that the content strategy aligns with our brands vision, messaging, and goals.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* **Content Planning & Strategy:**

Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies to drive engagement across DIVIETOs digital platforms (website, social media, email campaigns, blogs, etc.). Tailor strategies to various target demographics while maintaining consistency with brand voice and messaging.

* **Content Creation & Curation:**

Lead the creation of high-quality, on-brand content for digital and print media, including articles, blog posts, social media posts, website copy, email newsletters, and promotional materials. Curate third-party content to support brand initiatives.

* **SEO & Performance Optimization:**

Implement SEO best practices to increase organic search rankings and visibility. Analyze content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and refine content strategies to improve ROI.

* **Collaboration:**

Work closely with marketing, design, and social media teams to ensure that content aligns with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns. Collaborate with other departments to produce content for press releases, product launches, and event promotions.

* **Brand Voice & Messaging:**

Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content, ensuring it aligns with DIVIETOs upscale and sophisticated image. Provide guidelines and training for other team members in content creation.

* **Content Scheduling & Publishing:**

Oversee the scheduling and publishing of content, ensuring timely delivery on all platforms. Use content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to streamline content workflows.

* **Market Research & Trends:**

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Conduct research to continuously improve content strategies and ensure relevancy and engagement.

### **Qualifications:**

* **Education:**

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

* **Experience:**

3-5 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or related fields, with a proven track record of creating engaging, high-quality content. Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.

* **Skills:**

* Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

* Expertise in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.

* Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

* Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.) is a plus.

* Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a bonus.
