We’re looking for a Digital Content Specialist who can craft impactful, user-focused content and drive innovative mobile solutions. In this role, you’ll apply your expertise in digital content strategies to create engaging experiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
• Develop and implement content strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling, consistent messaging across digital platforms.
• Produce and optimize digital content, ensuring clarity, engagement, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Apply best practices in SEO, accessibility, and content performance to maximize reach and impact.
• Leverage analytics and performance metrics to refine content strategies and improve engagement.
• Craft engaging narratives and storytelling that strengthen brand voice and connect with audiences.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies in digital content to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital content creation and strategy, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful work.
• Proven success in crafting engaging, user-focused content across web, social, and digital platforms.
• Expertise in SEO, content optimization, and accessibility standards to maximize reach and usability.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
• Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and align with brand voice.
• Effective at managing expectations and balancing multiple priorities.
• Work as a key player guiding the design of new mobile apps for our customer.
• Engage with the customer and third-party vendors on a broad level to ensure a successful delivery of the new mobile apps.
