OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Digital Content Creator is a key member of the Global Creative Studio, responsible for creating compelling visual content for digital and social platforms. This role blends motion design, video editing, photography, and social-first content creation to drive brand engagement and storytelling. The ideal candidate will have strong post-production skills in motion and video editing, as well as the ability to capture authentic, real-time content.
Motion & Video Production
• Develop motion graphics and edit video content tailored for social and digital platforms.
• Leverage After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other tools to create dynamic animations and video edits.
• Optimize content for platform-specific best practices (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
Content Capture & Production
• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit video and photography content.
• Capture real-time moments at events, brand activations, office culture, and behind-the-scenes experiences.
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to produce polished, professional content as needed.
Social Media Optimization
• Customize content based on platform trends, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with social media teams to align creative output with brand goals.
Creative Storytelling & Brand Identity
• Develop visually compelling digital narratives that reflect brand values and messaging.
• Ensure all content maintains brand consistency and adheres to creative guidelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Social Media, Brand, and Marketing teams to align digital strategies.
• Support campaign launches with visually engaging assets.
Asset & Project Management
• Organize and manage digital files efficiently for easy retrieval and cross-functional use.
• Maintain version control and production specifications.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation
• Stay ahead of digital trends, social media storytelling techniques, and emerging technologies.
• Experiment with AI-enhanced creative tools to streamline workflows and enhance content production
KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS
• Increase positive brand engagement (likes, shares, comments, saves, viewing length)
• On-time project completion rate for creative requests to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Ensure 100% of your assets are stored in a structured, searchable system for cross-team use.
• Improved annual tool and software utilization, ensuring efficient use of Adobe Suite, AI tools,
and workflow systems to optimize production.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS
Experience
• 5+ years in digital content creation, motion graphics, video production, or social media storytelling.
• Experience in a marketing or in-house creative environment is preferred.
Creative & Technical Expertise
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom).
• Strong proficiency in motion graphics, video editing, and digital storytelling.
• Experience in live content capture and post-production workflows.
Social & Digital Media Fluency
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, video engagement strategies, and digital storytelling techniques.
• Ability to adapt content for multiple digital formats.
Project Management & Collaboration
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Equipment & Technical Knowledge
• Proficiency in operating professional cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment.
• Experience shooting and editing content in both controlled and on-the-go environments.
Adaptability & Problem-Solving
• Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to pivot based on trends and content performance.
• Strong storytelling instincts with a keen eye for detail, composition, and motion aesthetics
