Job Summary:

This position produces engaging content across digital platforms. This role involves developing high-quality visuals and videos to enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and connect with our audience. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital trends, storytelling, and content optimization for various platforms.

This position may be available for remote work within Arizona (2 days per week in the office/hoteling).

Job Duties:

• Create compelling multimedia content (including but not limited to videos and stills) for social media, websites, and other digital channels

• Edit and optimize content for various platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn

• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with brand strategy and goals

• Monitor trends, audience engagement, and analytics to refine content strategies

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):

Knowledge:

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing

• Experience evaluating social media analytics and SEO best practices

Skills:

• Proficiency in videography and photography skills with professional camera systems such as DSLR & cinema cameras

• Content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.)

• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills

Ability:

• Multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving trends

• Optimize content for various digital platforms

• Understand digital trends
