SUMMARY:
Conceptualize, develop, and maintain content and functionality used in Quality Gold websites and communicate with customers and vendors.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Develop and maintain company newsletters and emails.
Develop and maintain customer and vendor-based transactional notifications to ensure accurate and timely communication.
Manage and update the company website homepage to keep the website current, relevant, and aligned with business objectives.
Serve as website user experience (UX) subject matter expert.
Develop and maintain website content (articles, glossaries, FAQs, policies, etc.).
Provide support for websites.
Interact with the digital media team, other departments, and third parties.
Complete and lead special projects and other duties as assigned.
Work within strict deadlines to complete projects when they are due.
Remote employees must report to the office upon request as needed based on business necessity, such as for meetings, training, technical issues, power outages, etc.
Regular attendance and compliance with the Company's handbook policies and procedures.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This is a remote position that requires a dedicated, professional workspace with reliable internet connectivity. Employees are expected to work independently in a home or alternate remote office setting, free from distractions. Collaboration with team members and management will take place through digital communication tools such as video conferencing, instant messaging, and email. While the role provides flexibility, it also requires strong self-motivation and time management.
POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
This role provides flexibility, but requires consistent availability during core business hours of Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
TRAVEL: No travel required.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or other technology-related major, or equivalent experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Retail business experience
Manufacturing or wholesale business experience.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON, Databases, APIs, and/or Graphic Design.
