  • Collaborate with merchandising, creative, and product teams to plan and calendar promotional sends.
  • Analyze performance metrics (open, click, conversion, revenue per email) and make data-driven recommendations to improve results.
  • Manage SMS marketing campaigns as part of integrated lifecycle efforts, coordinating timing and messaging with email.
  • Work with multiple brands under a unified lifecycle strategy while tailoring messages to fit each brand voice.
  • Partner with internal designers and developers to create compelling email templates and ensure best-in-class rendering across devices and inboxes.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of email best practices, inbox deliverability, privacy regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM), and platform capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in the retail or ecommerce industry.
  • Familiarity with SMS marketing platforms and strategy.
  • Experience managing campaigns for multiple brands or customer segments simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with ESPs such as Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Listrak, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
  • Understanding of HTML for email and/or comfort working with designers on responsive layouts.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in ecommerce for consumer products or seasonal goods.
  • Exposure to loyalty programs or personalization tools.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Canva).
