Summary 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Marketing & Email Marketing Specialist with strong experience in HubSpot to support and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.


This role combines traditional marketing responsibilities with hands-on email marketing, marketing automation, CRM management, and campaign analytics within the HubSpot ecosystem. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with the ability to build and optimize campaigns that improve customer journey and support sales initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with company goals
  • Create and manage marketing content for email, web, social media, and digital campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to support lead generation and customer retention strategies
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends
  • Assist with branding initiatives, product promotions, events, and content marketing
  • Track campaign performance and provide reporting with actionable recommendations

 

HubSpot & Email Marketing Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the company’s HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
  • Build, schedule, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns and automated workflows in HubSpot
  • Create lead nurturing sequences, drip campaigns, and customer lifecycle automations
  • Segment audiences and maintain accurate contact databases within HubSpot
  • Monitor and improve email performance metrics including open rates, CTR, conversions, and deliverability
  • Develop landing pages, forms, and CTAs within HubSpot to support lead generation efforts
  • Create and maintain marketing dashboards and reporting in HubSpot
  • Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead handoff processes and CRM data accuracy
  • Conduct A/B testing and campaign optimization using HubSpot analytics tools
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of marketing and email marketing experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM
  • Experience creating automated workflows, email campaigns, and reporting dashboards in HubSpot
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies including SEO, and content marketing
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and translating data into insights
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • HubSpot certifications strongly preferred
  • Experience with marketing automation and lead scoring
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email customization
  • Experience with Google Analytics and reporting tools
  • Graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing strategies
