Career Summary: 

 

The American Nurses Enterprise (ANE) is seeking to hire an Email Marketing Specialist

 

The Email Marketing Specialist is someone who loves digital marketing and is passionate about building and managing email, data, analytics, and bridging the gap between marketing and technology.

You’ll be a key contributor within the Communications and Strategic Engagement team, working closely with our Marketing Automation Expert and a growing group of marketers and engagement specialists. Together, this team is evolving into a digital powerhouse supporting the American Nurses Enterprise—bringing our mission and vision to life through thoughtful, high‑impact email marketing.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and operational, able to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards. You should be naturally curious, collaborative, and eager to learn.

Strong organizational skills as well as self-motivation are required, as this person will be responsible for managing their own workload.

 

Also, must have hands-on experience across additional areas of digital marketing, including but not limited to, HubSpot Marketing Hub/Operations Hub/Sales Hub, social media, Google Analytics, third‑party integrations, automation workflows, and other emerging digital marketing technologies. What You Will Do:

  • Design and build digital publications and various email styles in HubSpot.
  • Create forms and landing pages that support lead generation and engagement goals.
  • Apply brand guidelines and modern UI/UX best practices to templates, layouts, and responsive designs; perform quality checks and testing.
  • Support a high-volume environment with 30+ programs and 10+ team members, shifting between tasks throughout the day.
  • Manage and execute a wide range of email campaigns, data hygiene, list management, segmentation, reporting, and performance optimization.
  • Partner with the Marketing Automation Specialist to advance automation strategy and support the team’s long-term growth.
  • Participate in strategic planning and creative collaboration.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to team members using HubSpot and related tools.
  • Align with colleagues to build scalable marketing workflows and operational processes.

 

What you bring to the American Nurses Enterprise:

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

Related Work Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or email campaign management.

 

Skills 

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot is required. Experience with Marketo, Eloqua, Mailchimp, Salesforce, Braze, Adobe, Pardot, or any other MAP/ESP is a plus.
  • HubSpot Inbound Certification required, and willing to acquire more HubSpot certifications.
  • Strong project management, writing, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in adopting or implementing new marketing tools and strategies.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Comfortable interacting directly with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Highly organized and able to manage time effectively.
  • A team player who is eager to learn, contribute, and support others.
  • Able to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language.

Work Schedule:
